These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ETML Smart Cloud platform, provided by iBlade GmbH & Co. KG on behalf of EUMABOIS AISBL.

The platform is provided free of charge. It enables access to data-driven services in accordance with the ETML standard, including uploading, processing, and retrieving tool-related data.

Access requires user registration. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and may only use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

The providers accept no liability for:

• technical errors, interruptions, or bugs
• loss, corruption, or incorrect processing of data
• any damage arising from platform use

Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Continuous availability of the platform is not guaranteed.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload (e.g., files, XML data).

Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.

The platform complies with the Privacy Policy.

The providers reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Rosenheim, Germany.
